Connecting Stores & Independent Delivery Drivers

Many stores are new to delivery and primarily rely on 3rd party Apps for their network of drivers for order delivery. We connect stores directly with independent drivers. There are no payroll issues. No middleman App, stores select drivers and pay them directly, typically nightly by Venmo or Cash App. Many stores offer free food & drinks as well as areas within their store so drivers can wait for the next delivery. Drivers can also work for the 3rd party apps at the same time. We always want drivers to work and make as much as they can! Happy drivers deliver better!

Right now, drivers pay no fees for the first 60 days, if a driver feels this program works for them the monthly fee to be listed is just $14.95. That is just 50¢ a day! Drivers choose the areas, days and times they wish to work. They can accept or reject orders and because they work directly for a store, delivery orders are typically limited to a minimal radius from that store and not excessive distances the 3rd parties often send drivers.

Drivers and stores can work exclusively together, or drivers can choose to deliver for multiple stores at the same time. Drivers may be offered regular employment from a store as well. The Delivery Hound is not an employment agency, we list stores and drivers so they can connect. Stores pay a small fee for access to driver lists for their area. The fee is less than a single Craigslist ad.

Drivers can download the Delivery App on their phones. The App will notify the driver when an order is requested, the App works much like the 3rd party apps. Stores have access to a Dashboard to manage and track drivers/deliveries and it calculates how much each driver is due. Drivers are to be paid the delivery fee and the entire tip. Each store sets the delivery fees.

Drivers can approach a store they would like to deliver for, let us know who the store is and we will set them up with the App and be the driver for that store.

Stores can sign up to have access to drivers in their area. Stores set the delivery fee and payment methods along with rules/procedures. A good driver may be wanted to be used exclusively, or even offered regular employment, and all are free to make those types of arrangements. We do not control the drivers, we only connect drivers & stores in whatever way serves both of their best interests.
